The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4865—A Bill to amend and reenact §3-1-28 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, providing for a program allowing election official trainees to be appointed as election officials; setting forth eligibility requirements for participation in the training program; allowing only one program participant from a political party per precinct; and prohibiting the appointed election official from being counted as absent from school.
